Taking It To The Next Level

Guards on duty at the main entrance do not allow any person, including the client's own employees, to carry the client's products or property out of the premises unless accompanied by approved documentation signed by the authorised representative of the client, against specimen signatures provided.
Employees are required to present and wear their identification badges each time they enter and while they remain in the guarded area. Visitors must furnish particulars of their NRIC or other valid identification for record purposes, are subject to appointment, and are issued visitor passes to be worn inside the guarded area.
The security guard records all incidents and activities during his tour of duty, including but not limited to:
All vehicles leaving the guarded area are checked without exception, following the security and gate pass procedures issued by the client.
In performing their duties, guards check all critical areas and report to the client accordingly on all matters of security interest, especially those related to loss prevention, fire and fire prevention and other security hazards.
Guards carry out prowler patrols in accordance with the patrol scheme set up by the client, clocking if required. Routine patrol is not the primary purpose of the duty: the guard observes and reports all deficiencies on loss prevention, fire and security hazards while patrolling, and stays alert to suspicious activity, property left lying around and persons loitering near the fence of the guarded area.
Vetting & Training
All our security personnel are Malaysian citizens who are reliable, trustworthy, responsible and honest. They are required to be fingerprinted and vetted by Polis DiRaja Malaysia to ensure that they have no criminal records and have not indulged in any criminal activities.
In addition, our requirement criteria ensure that the selected candidates are of sound mind, physically fit and below the age of 55 before their deployment for security services.

The guard remains at the guard post and stops any person from entering the guarded area unless authorised by the fire authorities, police or an officer in charge. He assists in the orderly evacuation of the guarded area, prevents unauthorised removal of company property, controls and disperses crowds on the premises, and assists in fighting the fire before the brigade arrives.
